Mark’s overall responsibility is to support and analyze reporting of performance metrics and key financial indicators. In addition, he is responsible for budget analysis, business planning, multi-year forecasts and growth models associated with revenue and expenses, creative analysis of patent spend, design of ad hoc financial reports, license audit management, review and analysis of BI tools, and design and presentation preparation for senior management. Prior to this role, he worked as a Finance Market Analyst II for Innovation, where he analyzed and identified financial issues of license agreements, determined the distribution of license income, established policies and procedures, developed on-going process improvements to operations, and executed special analytical projects as assigned. Mark’s background includes 5 years experience in Finance, Marketing and Advertising, Mechanical and Design Engineering. Prior to Mass General Brigham Mark worked as an Advertising Planner for Century21. Mark holds a BA from Northeastern University.
