Marc Succi, MD

Dr. Succi is an Attending Radiologist in the Mass General Emergency Department and Faculty at Harvard Medical School. His work is focused on device invention, intellectual property, operations, business-in-medicine, medical content production and licensing. He is inventor on multiple published or pending patents, several of which are licensed to public and private biotechnology and pharma companies. He is the founder of two medical startups, and currently the CEO of one.

Dr. Succi has been named to the Forbes Magazine Top 30 Under 30 in Science and Healthcare List, won the MIT Data Prize, Thrall Innovation Grant, named one of the top Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs and Innovators by CEO World, and was awarded Governor General’s Medal of Canada. Dr. Succi is the only person to have won the Massachusetts Medical Society Information Technology Award twice throughout the award’s 20-year history. Dr. Succi helps investigators interface with Innovation in his role as Clinician-in-Residence – to this end created the Innovation MESH Network in collaboration with his lab the MESH Incubator. As the Founder and Executive Director of the MESH Incubator, Dr. Succi is also the Principal Investigator of the MESH Innovation in Operations Research Center (MESH IO), a multidisciplinary center at Mass General Brigham with over 20 core staff publishing research on business in medicine and hospital system operations.
