Thaisa is responsible for providing administrative support to the Amplify and Brigham Ignite teams within Mass General Brigham Innovation. Prior to her role at Innovation, Thaisa worked in administrative positions within the Psychiatry department at Massachusetts General Hospital as well as Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.

Thaisa received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2018.
