Teja Reddi, PhD

Teja facilitates commercialization approaches for inventions from Mass General Brigham-affiliated hospitals, including but not limited to, Brigham and Women’s Hospital cardiology and Massachusetts General Hospital pulmonary departments. Previously, Teja was a life sciences strategy consultant at Decision Resources Group, where she worked on projects spanning the life cycle of drug development. These included preclinical R&D portfolio prioritization, new product planning, due diligence, competitive intelligence, clinical trial differentiation strategy, commercial launch planning and implementation with global pharmaceutical companies and early-stage startups. She received her Ph.D. in Immunology from Harvard University, where she evaluated the role of innate immune restriction factors in virology. She also completed her B.S. Honors in Biology from American University, where she conducted research on skin carcinogenesis at the National Cancer Institute.
