Paula Hoffman

Paula Hoffman is a Senior Financial Analyst in the Research Analytics group. Paula provides quarterly, monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis involving financial, agreement, award, FTE, and protocol data for areas across the Mass General Brigham system including Institutional Departments, Research Management, Innovation, CTO, IRB and IACUC.  Paula was extensively involved in developing the first MicroStrategy FTE reporting at Mass General Brigham as well as the first IRB/IACUC reporting on process level submission data and turnaround times.

Paula has a CPA and MBA and recently received a SCRUM Master designation (Scrum is an Agile project management methodology/framework).  Prior to joining Mass General Brigham in 2013, Paula worked in various roles in accounting/analysis, project management, and auditing.
