Jacob is responsible for the negotiation and management of confidential disclosure, material transfer, human tissue transfer and collaboration agreements. In addition to his transactional work, Jacob provides legal support to researchers and staff in the MGH and BWH departments of neurology. Prior to joining the TAG, Jacob worked in Materials Management where he engaged in the implementation of supply chain initiatives throughout the Mass General Brigham system. Jacob received his JD from the New England School of Law, his MPA from North Carolina State University and his BS from Appalachian State University.
