Craig is an analyst on the Research Applications & Analytics team at Mass General Brigham. He supports the Insight research platform in the capacity of scrum master, tester, business analyst, and collaborates with Insight users to troubleshoot issues and deliver new features. Craig brings 10 years of professional experience in IT, systems analysis, and customer support. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, and is a certified Professional Scrum Master I.
