As a Contracts Associate, Bryan is responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and providing legal support for a variety of intellectual property-based licensing agreements concerning the use, transfer, and development of technology and other intellectual property related assets. In this role, Bryan works with both industry leaders and Harvard appointed faculty members to bring to market these novel discoveries to better improve the lives and outcomes of patients.

Prior to joining Mass General Brigham Innovation, Bryan was an associate at a full-service business law firm where he worked in several of the firm’s practice areas assisting both individual and business clients in business/corporate matters, litigation, and intellectual property related work. Bryan graduated with honors from the University of Akron School of Law where he received both a Juris Doctor and an LL.M in Intellectual Property and graduated from Washington & Jefferson College with a bachelor’s degree in economics with an emphasis in finance.
