In his role as Senior Invention Administrator, Anthony is responsible for oversight of the patent prosecution admin team and related tasks, including management, review and analysis of the patent correspondence and delegation of work assignments. He oversees the invention disclosure process, execution of patent-related legal documents, and archiving of the original issued patents and assignment of patent rights documents. He assists the attorneys and licensing managers with patent office documents and filings, and law firm portfolio transfers, and resolves IP related matters with internal and external patent counsel. He manages and ensures the integrity for all intellectual property data systems and processes.
Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, Anthony had an extensive 28-year career as a Paralegal, including 23 years as an IP Paralegal and Litigation Paralegal with WilmerHale (formerly Hale and Dorr). The remainder of his career was spent with other local corporate law firms, including Fish & Richardson. Anthony holds a paralegal certificate from Boston University.
