Christiana Iyasere, MD, is the Associate Director of the Innovation Support Center (ISC) and the Inpatient Clinician Educator Service at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). She received an undergraduate degree from Yale College, a master’s degree in business management from Harvard Business School, and a medical degree from Columbia University, followed by a residency in internal medicine at MGH. She completed an administrative fellowship under the guidance of Dr. Peter Slavin, with an emphasis on technology evaluation, adoption and promotion.
Through her work, Dr. Iyasere accelerates the development of winning ideas that can fundamentally improve the way that physicians care for patients. She divides her work between direct patient care as a hospitalist and helping the hospital organize and promote clinician-led innovation. She has helped the ISC take several technologies from idea to technological POC and start-up, and has supported the work of hundreds of inventors across Mass General Brigham.Back to Commercialization Council
